Open Settings → Organization (Admin or Owner) to manage your workspace’s identity and defaults.

Name and description

Edit the organization’s display name and description. The name appears in the sidebar and the organization switcher. Upload a logo image to replace the default brand mark in the sidebar and organization switcher. You can replace or remove it at any time; members see the new logo after it is saved.

Brand profile

The brand profile gives the AI assistant context about your voice and content rules:
  • Voice - how your organization sounds (for example “friendly and direct”).
  • Audience - who you write for.
  • Rules - formatting or style rules to follow.
  • Forbidden words - terms to avoid.
The AI assistant uses these fields when checking and rewriting captions, so keeping them up to date improves its suggestions.

Default timezone

Set a default timezone for the organization. It is used by the queue plan as a fallback when a channel has no timezone of its own; a channel-level timezone always wins, and UTC is the final fallback when neither is set.
