The composer’s snippets panel gives you three reusable building blocks managed under Settings: hashtag groups, caption templates, and UTM presets. They let you keep your posting consistent without retyping the same tags, sign-offs, or tracking links every time.

Managing helpers

Open the matching settings page as an Admin:
  • Settings → Hashtag Groups - create named groups of hashtags. Each group can optionally be bound to specific platforms, so the right tags are offered for the right channel.
  • Settings → Caption Templates - save named caption bodies you reuse, such as launch announcements or weekly recaps.
  • Settings → UTM Builder - define UTM presets with source, medium, campaign, content, and term values.

Using them in the composer

While writing a post, open the snippets panel in the composer:
  • Hashtags - pick a group; the hashtags are inserted with the # prefix. Platform-bound groups only appear for matching selected channels.
  • Templates - insert a saved caption into the current editor, then adapt it.
  • UTM - applying a preset rewrites every URL found in the post body with the preset’s tracking parameters.
UTM presets are organization-level and applied manually per post - they are not bound to a specific channel.
These helpers only cover the reuse of content and links. Post content, media, and per-channel settings are still handled by the normal composer.
