Settings → General manages your personal profile and notifications. Settings → Security covers your password and the account danger zone.
Profile
- Name and last name - shown to teammates.
- Personal timezone - used for your own calendar and analytics views.
- Bio - an optional short description.
- Email - read-only; change it through account recovery if needed.
Email notifications
Choose which emails you receive:
Change password
Under Settings → Security, enter your current password and a new one (at least 8 characters). After changing it you must sign in again.
Danger zone
Both actions require typing a confirmation word, because they are destructive:
- Disconnect all channels - removes every connected channel and its associated posts from the organization.
- Delete account - permanently deletes the organization, its channels, posts, media records, API keys, and subscription. A Polar subscription is cancelled as part of the process.
Deleting your account is irreversible. Uploaded files in your storage bucket are not removed automatically, and deleting does not reset the trial for the same email address.
Not available yet
Two-factor authentication (2FA) and session management lists are not currently offered. Logging out clears the local session cookie; sessions are stateless and there is no server-side revocation.
